In its new story trailer, all for health, Deathloop takes a different approach. Instead of killing players, it gives you a chance to die. In one scene, a character says, “I think I’d like to die.” Then, he goes on to tell us that he has a terminal illness, but if you don’t give it the right treatment at the right time, youll die.
With all the time we spend on our phones, and all the time we spend being sedentary, and all the time we spend being social, it would seem that the body is losing a lot of its energy. And then we add in that we spend so much of our lives being aware of our own bodies, yet we spend so little in doing anything about it. We see the effects of this every day.
In today’s society, we have the idea that the body is a machine and that we can do everything we want to it with health, but in reality, the body is a mysterious, magical thing. Even if you do all of the right things, there’s still energy inside the body that’s required. Without it, we become a walking zombie.
The fact is, health is a much more important factor than energy. It means we spend our time being aware of our own body, but we also spend it in doing things we don’t want to do, like taking a shower, making sure my hair is dry, and washing my clothes before I go to bed.
It doesn’t matter if we have health or not, we still need to take care of it. Health is so crucial to us that at times we forget to take care of our bodies. We eat too much and we eat too little, we exercise and we don’t, we forget to take care of our health and we die.
It’s not just a metaphor. It happens every day. It’s so bad that even our most well-known celebrities get sick. Recently, the most well-known celebrity dieting and fitness fanatic, Kate Middleton, became ill with a bad case of food poisoning. It seems that her body was trying to fight off an infection that was slowly eating away at her, but instead of fighting it she started to heal it.
