I have been using the wellness forum recently to try to get more into the mindset of getting some health advice on the internet. I have learned so much, and I have learned so much about myself, but there is still more I need to learn.
So I’m hoping that the forum can help me improve my health. I am a bit of a loner, so there is always something to keep me from being too comfortable. I am starting the forums to find out whether I am too lonesome for my own good, and whether there is anything I can do about it.

I guess it’s easy for people to say that they have no time, or they’re trying to get by, so they don’t bother to seek out help for their own health. If you’ve got a health problem, start a wellness forum and you will find that you will find that you get help.

I’m a senior citizen, and I live alone in my apartment, and I have some health issues that I would like to address.
